WAKA is one of the largest adult kickball leagues in the country. They’ve hosted their “Founder’s Cup” in Vegas the past three years and each year the event continues to grow in size. However, getting an invite to the event has gotten tougher over the years for a socially competitive event. WAKA’s 2010 Founders Cup Weekend 2010, which is Fri- Sun October 8th- 10th in fabulous Las Vegas, is close to announcing these lucky few (64 teams!). Kickball365 is going to cover this event until the WAKA Selection Committee lists its first round of invites (UPDATE: Team invites went out early last night). And, in the absence of an official list, Kickball365 is inviting teams from around the country to let us know if they’re in this first group starting today! Teams can begin accepting invites today at noon.

UPDATE 01:40AM – Teams who have been invited have started to get e-mails indicating as such. Both captains and non-captains appear to be getting these e-mails. As teams reply to this thread, we will start posting the list of accepted teams.
