San Diego, CA. — Yesterday Los Brew Crew of Los Angeles, CA defeated Straight to the Bank of Phoenix, Arizona to win the first annual San Diego Kickball Open (#SDKO). The final score of the Championship Final was 3 to 2 in 6 innings. The #SDKO Tournament, the eighth Circuit Event of the year on Kickball365′s National Tour presented by Complete Discovery Source. This year the tournament attracted 13 competitive kickball teams from California and Arizona.
The San Diego Kickball Open was a one-day event at Carmel Valley Recreation Center. Over 195 players competed in a round robin group play of four games where the top 8 teams advanced to single elimination. In the end Los Brew Crew (CA) secured their second victory on The Circuit’s National Tour and a cash prize of $2000. Straight to the Bank will take home a cash prize of $750.
