Minimum time between ejections should be more in the 5-10+ second range. 2 seconds per pitch is absurd, especially if you have to run up to kick the ball, and then get back in position. I think a batting cage is 10 seconds (pure estimate, tho) and you barely have to move to hit a baseball.
