Sure Our first game against AKT the Ref kept saying you need to start with in the box. It just screwed up my timing. I didn't try it later......

I was looking at the VBKO and lots of players were allowed to start outside the box.
At the Best of the West tournament we were NOT allowed to do that. Honestly it screwed me up after
doing that for half a year. Anyone???
