Hey...I heard through word of mouth that many of the Florida people are getting a good deal for rooms at the Caesar's Palace through http://www.theinsiderslasvegas.com. I am in contact with a dude named Jose
(josecobos@theinsiderslasvegas.com), but before giving him my credit card info., would like to know that this deal is legit. For those that already booked through the company, did you all receive confirmation from the Caesar's Palace afterward??? Usually these deals are done through a direct web site or something, so I'm just a little sketched out (plus...I heard about this from Trey! j/k). Thanks so much for your help. BTW, where are all the other teams planning on staying? MIR plans to stay at the Caesar's...can't wait!

Also look at the flight/hotel combo packages through expedia, they tend to be pretty cheap when you combine them. A bunch of us are going in November and we found a lot of deals for $300-$400 for 4 days/3 nights including flight at a decent hotel on the strip, assuming you are flying out of Norfolk and sharing a room with a few people.

Go-WAVA is still doing Planet Hollywood. Vegas Insiders is a different company that has deals on rooms at Caeser's. Apparently the guy who runs Vegas Insiders is a friend of/former Meatball.

My buddy actually got 3 free nights through his rewards card at Caesar's Palace for the founders cup. Usually when they give out free nights through rewards, there are other non related deals out there.

Isn't the Caesar's Palace reward card good for all Harrah's owned casinos? Like you can use it at Flamingo too?

Yes. I will most likely use mine at Flamingo. I always stay there. Next door to O'sheas. I believe it comes out to less than $30 a night

GoWAVA is currently working with The Insiders on the GoWAVA/Kickball365 Kickoff party for Thursday 10/8. They are nice guys and know their way around Las Vegas, I didn't know they offered this deal to everyone I thought it was just Meatballs and friends. We still have The Planet Hollywood deal goin on right now with several team already booked and rooms are still available as well as the 1800 sq/ft Panorama Suites.

The Kickoff party should be off the hook, workin on drink/food specials, Live entertainment, celebrity appearances and who knows what else those lunatics at WAVA have planned! :hype:

Is the party going to be open to people who are not booking through you AdRock? I have a free room that week but still wanna reenact my DC awesomeness. Sell tickets maybe?

HI WAKA KICKBALLERS,

This is Phil Rosen, CEO of The Insiders Las Vegas. I have read through the postings and wanted to clear some things up. We are a Las Vegas based luxury travel company and specialize in Discounted Rooms, Casino Services, Group Events, and High-End Travel.

For the WAKA Founder's Cup XII, we are offering discounted rates at all the Harrah's properties. Yes, many of your fellow kickballers have already made their reservations, the majority being at Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood.

Jose Cobos is in charge of booking all the reservations and he can be reached via email at jose@theinsiderslasvegas.com or via phone at (702) 810-5525. After the reservation is completed you will receive the ACTUAL HOTEL Confirmation # withing 24 hours.

We do not make our reservations as a 3rd party company like many of the websites you may visit to book travel. Our reservations are PREFERRED and our clients are all VIPs. We have very close relationships with some of the highest ranking executives in Las Vegas and we get the best service/prices for our clients. Please be wary of booking through travel websites because they are not based in Las Vegas and don't have the leverage we do.

Once we make your hotel reservations you will be assigned a Total Rewards Card # (if you don't already have one). It's FREE! This card will track your gambling and spending because the hotel/casino will give you rewards/comps/perks based on play and spending. We will explain more how this works when you contact us.

The rates are going up fast so I urge you to book ASAP. We will always have discounted rates regardless of how high the rates go.

There will be events planned around the clock and designated VIP sections in some of the hottest venues around town. These venues will give the Kickballers discounts and special treatment. Again, once you contact us we will fill you in on more details.

The rumors are correct, I AM A FORMER MEATBALL and was on the founding team with Matt Kelly. Don’t worry I will give you all the MEATBALL discount too.

Please add us on Facebook. Search Vegas Insiders or sn@theinsiderslasvegas.com. Contact me with any questions.

Reservations-

Jose Cobos, jose@theinsiderslasvegas.com, 702-810-5525
