I'm thinking Tiki would be a nice replacement for Afternoon Delight at the #10 spot since AD isn't playing this season. Tying FB right before they win a tourney like TKO II is pretty impressive.

This post is so full of irony it made me laugh out loud. Actually, my problem is not with Bryan it's with what he thinks he's gonna pull in Atlantic. Even if he monkey stomps every team in Atlantic (unlikely) I don't see how that makes them a watch list team. Is the top team in every division in the country going to get listed then?

Nope - but every team that wears black will be. I'm actually waiting for that poll justication. "Because we wear black shirts!"

Maybe, I think playing MiR as well as they did and tying crazy kickers is a good start to getting on the watch list (remember i'm used to it being like 20-30 teams on the watch list) that being said i don't think thats enough for the actual poll and one occurence of not monkey stomping in that divison and they may drop of the watch list

That really wasn't their Sunday team though. I'll stop posting on this subject now before I start to get a rep for being salty. I'm just protective of my division.

no. aside from the two girls from gonzo and the one from gators, everyone that played on saturday is from the third-string all stars.

All the DC cats signed up for 3rd String. They're all pulling a Gregg and driving down on Sundays. Haha.

because of the holiday weekends, our games end up being every-other-week for the middle half of the season, which makes it easier. plus we play right near the beach, which can be a selling point for people like mallory who have to convince family members to let him do it.

I was under the impression that the whole purpose of the Power Poll (and the watch list) is to let other teams know what they are up against when they play in a competitive tournament. It's essentially a "scouting report". This is why I asked to add my team.

Again, I put this travel team together on Sundays because most of the players have committed to other teams on our only other WAKA night on Thursdays.

I did NOT put the team together to "monkey stomp" all over a "laid back" division. My teams are usually well behaved, and do their best to exhibit good sportsmanship on and off the field. We are not the type to run up ridiculous scores, or be deliberately insulting to opposing teams. Stop labeling my team mates as something that they are not.

We look forward to playing in the the k365 tournament this summer, and hope we can qualify for Vegas.
