Idea for another WC tourney if SF fizzles

Can I just throw this out there?

Since it seems more and more likely that the San Francisco tournament is going to be a no-go this year -

can we do one in Vegas in August?

We already have a couple of fields that we know can handle at least a 20 team turn-out - have a Circuit host team in the city, Vegas Heat who could be interested (whaddya say VH?) -

It shouldn't cannibalize Phoenix -

it would be a nice, easy-to-do Vegas weekend for all the active traveling west coast teams -

I know of at least 6-7 LA teams that would be down, including a couple of new ones to the Circuit -

i wish i could tag in this forum -

it would be a nice feature to steal from FB

Im in if we do it at night. The first FC in Vegas started later in the day and went into the night and was awesome.

I remember that. Pool play was at like 1pm. That was sweet.

A night tournament would be amazing. You'd still be able to cook omelets on the sidewalk since it would be August.

Honestly though it's all up to Admin and the gang but I've already offered to put an event together in Vegas if SF fell through.

Id prefer pool play to be hot as hell and the day get progressively cooler and the elimns occur in the dark with the final at like 11pm. But thats just me.

Field looks small. I'm guessing no alcohol on the fields too, considering it is a middle school.
