We've updated a few changes to The Circuit pages...

Just released... still might undergo some changes.

Published current list of Circuit Teams to the main site...

Rules are CLOSE to being released. I am finalizing the recent suggestions by the Rules Committee today and plan to send it to registered Circuit Team Captains by the end of the day.
