Week 4

Postby 2_easy » March 9th, 2012, 2:10 pm

KJ finally will face one good team (SMB) and one mediocre team (PS) this week. Will they suffer their first loss of the season?

No other games of note. Looks like a ton of lop sided matchups tonight. Can wait for Big Brother to whoop up on Little Sister in the KH vs KI matchup.

Funny how you always downgrade your team (Pabst Smear). I predict PS will win 4-2.

don't down grade....as the East Costers would say, we are 2nd tier.

I don't think we will score 4 against Bellman. Our offense is still a little rusty and not on par

I just want to forget last night even happened. So many mistakes last night in the first game that happened to end in a missed call. We just never recovered mentally for the second game. PS pitching was lights out too. Gotta give them some credit.

Fixed

He was throwing some of the nastiest shit I have seen. You know it is bad when the pitches get by 2 backstops.

I am really looking forward to next week's games. KJ gets to play both the big dogs in the league. I am also looking forward to playing BD. Was watching their pitcher last week and he brings some heat. It comes up on you quicker then you think; however, if you can figure out your timing (the ball comes in low, fast, right to left rotation, but stays straight) you can blast it.

As Bellman said a few post back, KJ's game vs SMB was sloppy. However, it was very fun to watch (would have pulled my hair out if I was actually apart of it) It was what we call a shoot out in football.

Our game against you PS wasn't exactly a stellar defensive showing on our end either.

Can't wait to play Balls Deep at 8 tomorrow. Only saw a glimpse of them a few times this season and really know nothing about them; however, they did what most couldn't and beat KH.

Balls deep did not beat us. We beat ourselves and gave them some credit on the scoresheet. It won't happen again.

Not saying you all didn't help them out by not playing up to your standards. Any team that is able to capitalize off of KH mistakes and beat them should get some love. Heck, that is something my team hasn't been able to do in some time.

KH will be light on players once again, so it should even out somewhat.

We'll find out tonight if Balls Deep is a pretender or contender, they play two good teams and can jump to 3rd place with a sweep. Even though we had a couple errors in our loss to them, they played us tough and were only trailing 2-1 in the sixth. They also kept us to 3 runs in the playoffs last season and gave us a close game.

I don't care what you say about Balls Deep. They are a pretty good team. Their pitcher is legit. We have never had so many foul outs and strikeouts. Probably one of the hardest throwers in our league. Where it gets you is his half wind up and it comes up at you a lot faster then you think. They have some good athletes on Offense. Their charger is not the best, but with a pitcher that makes you bunt badly, it makes him look better.

They will give someone a headache in the playoffs.
