Also glad to see that Limited Edition was recognized on the poll as well. For their first tourney and only having 7 guys / 5 girls, they did well for their first circuit tourney. They just ran out of gas and need to get some offense.

What are the radio stations in the 757 talking about?

It's a poll about what happened in DC, not the poll about the general state of the circuit.

It's not a power poll, this was a post tournament poll. Deja vu went 4-0 in pool play and beat NYSH, which is probably why they are ahead of them. I would be surprised to see them ahead of them in the actual power poll.

ok, makes sense. But why do a post tournament poll? Shouldn't you just look at the brackets and figure that out

Other than 1 and 2, exactly what "order" did teams finish in?

I dunno, I look at it like "Who was the best team on that specific day," and how far you made it doesn't necessarily reflect that. The left side of the bracket in elims looked really heavy, so wins on that side would probably hold more weight (for me). MB, Lights Out, LIU, NYSH and OSC were all on one side. I'd ASSume that NYSH's 2-0 win over LIU is better than [b}Foot Snipers' OT win over J-Cru[/b] (although I didn't watch that game). The score sheet doesn't say it all in some cases.
In the end, it's still subjective, and people are going to bitch no matter what. Everyone feels disrespected, yada yada yada. For those looking at this as "Current Circuit Rankings," stop it.

as far as i'm concerned, the results are:
1. winner
2. runner up
3. everyone elseok...
1. winner
2. runner-up
3-4. semifinalists
5-8. quarterfinalists
9-16. teams that made it out of pool play
17-24. esprit de corps

Whats suspect about having a higher post-tournament ranking after a 6-3 head to head win?
Its not an overall Circuit ranking. I seriously doubt experts would rank DJV ahead of NYSH if that was the case.

Well you see Wilson, The experts need to take into account that each and every team was improperly seeded, jobbed by the refs, had the opposing catcher encroach all day, was forced to play on the only field with wind and then wound up on the hard side of the bracket, not to mention their best player getting hurt and their #2 having to miss due to a wedding. Clearly the experts didn't take this into account and are therefore blowing it here.
