SK wins

all of this really kind of depends on what roster shows up for each team. I think SK, Sleeves, or Bbags are the strongest possibilities to win. HOFNARs and O.F. both have an off chance but I would call both unlikely. I think Derlicte has a really really off chance of pulling it off. We should have our best squad available so it will just come down to errors. We would really have to play our best ball. I don't really see any other teams going the distance. I will say that this league has the most parity it's had in a while which is awesome. The fact that even 5 or 6 teams have a realistic shot of winning is great.

Based on how we've been performing lately, how DT performed last week, and the fact that we'll have 230 people there tonight; I would not be shocked if OF goes down tonight.

Diesel Train has improved a ton this season (I've reffed them three times throughout). But I think you can still take them, just with you, Feathers and Woody being there.

That being said, don't worry Tim. Just listen to this a couple times and you'll be fine tonight. I've been listening to it all day... on loop. Jesus. It's about battling depression, which is why I can't stop listening to it immediately following a return from Las Vegas.

KIOS over DMB - picking an "upset" here based on how well KIOS looked last night... my biggest hesitation with this pick is team size; KIOS bringing 137 people to the party with DMB likely having 12-15, that could end up being the difference maker

SM over BO - another tough pick based on rumors... i believe SM will be a bit short-handed on saturday and we all know that BO will stumbling by noon; my pick goes to the team that i think will be less drunk at game time

I hate excuses being out there before the game starts. But Kelly and I are seriously considering having our team take cabs to the fields. Sobriety is the worst option. Also, we have a skeleton crew too (~5 girls, ~8 guys) which could help.

This has nothing to do with either team's collective BAC come game time. SM is the better team, but it should be close since I don't see Meckler being allowed to pitch in this one.

KIOS may be legit, but they're not that legit. Barring a major brain-fart or trip to the ER, this should go to the boys and girls in pink.

Small Ball vs. The Long Ball. I see an error or two deciding this game, and after a day of drinking, an error in the outfield is going to cost more than one in the infield.

Were pretty excited to tangle with ya'll. Our only remorse is that Peter is too afraid to show up and bat against Brooke's pitching. We will have a short roster but I think we will have pretty close to our optimal defensive unit out there. We should have 13 for the first game and 12 if we move on.
