i'll never get used to loosing. once you have the taste of victory nothing else will ever taste as sweet.

but if you're implying that ive been on a lot of losing teams then yes i have... but that doens't mean ive grown use to it and will give in to it. just makes me want to work that much harder.

True story. After practice last weekend, when all the M2S regulars were done and ready to call it a day, there out on the field were Ro and Leila continuing to work on bunting and catching fly balls. If the rest of our team had that much dedication, no one else would stand a chance.

Nine out of twenty of my new team is former Blue Ballers, but I'd still say that we're "mostly Blue Ballers." If most of your starters are Young Guns, then you probably look a lot like Young Guns.

according to the tourney web site. the brackets will be:
1vs8
3vs6

4vs5
2vs7

Shouldnt the 1vs8 winner play the 4vs5 winner, not the 3vs6 winner?

I like how you have both Meatballs and Tricky Bunnies not winning their respective pools, but meeting in the finals. I think you just like picking upsets and/or want to be the underdog for a change.

But as JDogg said, I also like how you have the "elite" FL teams placing 2nd in the brackets and both going to the finals. Maybe that is their plan...hmmmm :-? Use just enough energy to get in, and then blow through the competition. Interesting.

The NFL playoff way is great, but I do also love the NCAA BBall playoff way too. Both of them always keep me entertained!!

I think the NFL and the NCAA Tourney ruined recreational sports. People like those sports, so when they end up planning one of their own (No offense, J Boogs) they fall in love with byes and brackets because that's how sports they really like do it. I mind brackets less than byes, though, especially in tourneys where you don't really have apples-to-apples comparisons with teams that don't play each other.
