2012 Circuit Calendar

I realize that everyone is still recovering, but I am still amped up and just wondering when we will have a listing of the upcoming year's events. I would like to have an idea sooner rather than later so I don't schedule other things on kickball weekends. Any idea as to when we will know?

Agreed. Releasing a full schedule by the 1st of the year (now that SFKO has been announced) would really go a long ways to increasing attendance.

According to Jon Simons at the Circuit After Party, neither SFKO nor Austin were officially Circuit Events as of Sunday. Details were supposed to be finalized this week. Since there hasn't been an official announcement, I'd assume that those details haven't been finalized.

the plan is to release the official schedule the first week in january. i know they've already announced dates for austin, ft. lauderdale, and abq. i know all other of the above months are pretty solid, we're just working on nailing down the official dates within those months.

Don't know about any the other tournaments, but the following dates are set for SFKO and LSKO:

South Florida Kickball Open (Ft. Lauderdale FL) is Feb 18th (President's Day weekend)
Lone Star Kickball Open (Austin, TX) is April 21st

The fields for both of these tournaments are already reserved for the above dates, and preparations for SFKO (such as negotiating hotel deal, selection of food trucks, scouting meet&greet/after-party locations, etc, etc) are already underway.

I definitely have that in mind...

Jun 8-10 The Blue Jays are in town with the Yankees coming in on Monday for a 3 game stand.

June 15-17 the Orioles are in town for a 3 games series. Both would be good draws from NY and D.C. teams.

I'd want to have it spaced far enough apart from VBKO but not to close to DCKO.

Do you know if SFKO will be played at Broward Central Park again? Also - has there been confirmation that the CC Championship will be played in New Orleans in the fall of 2012?
