Standings Will Be Interesting Come Saturday

Looks like all the top teams get tested this week. (PS does have 2 easy games, but I don't consider them a top team).

KJ run of easy opponents will come to an end and they get to play AOD. AOD is undefeated allowing only 2 runs in 4 games. The rematch of the 10-0 finals blowout is this week.

Where did BD come from last week to beat KH? KH manhandled PS. Is BD that good?

We almost beat BD last week with half our team out and only playing down 1 in the field. Score was 3-3 going into the bottom of the last inning. They've got the athletes, but aren't the traditional bunting team as far as strategy goes.

Sounds like they are the same team as last season. Have the components to compete (athletic guys and girls), but don't have the style of play or the kickball strategy down.

They play tough, then have one blow up inning where they could have minimize the damage if they know how to hold onto the ball!

KJ's run of easy opponents will continue. They play AKT and Balls Deep this week.
AOD will have a tough test this week going up against Kickey Henderson and Sit On My Base.
Balls Deep win over KH is a fluke! There I said what everyone is thinking.

I haven't seen BD play this year so I don't know how good they are. When they do play in the fields next to us and a have a brief moment to glance over, it is hard to pay attention to the team when they have nice "distractions".

Bd beating us was a fluke and will not happen again. We had 8 people for that game and have not had more than 9 for any game so far. That was the worst game we will play all season. Pretty sure we had about 46 errors. I'm impatiently waiting to play them again. They'll realize how lucky they got

I feel you on that. We had some bad plays in both games last week and I think the first week was the only week we didn't have to take outs. 2 outs week 2 and 1 out week 3. Sucks, since the girls in this league are clutch.

Yeah BD rallied in the 6th inning and came back from 2-1. We were shorthanded but we still should have won it. We had a bad inning with a couple errors and should have scored more then 2 runs. BD does seem to be picking up on the bunting game a little bit more. They kinda remind of The Kids, always gives you close games and can't sleep on them.

This season has been fun so far, the league is really well balance and every week you play tough games.

This what I enjoy most about our season. Talent is spread out evenly and any team could get knocked out in the playoffs and/or in the regular season.
