haha. i will say that the guy that won the game for LBC with a 3-run HR/grand slam plays on sofa's circuit team. he kicked a bomb off me in vegas for them during the infamous missed-3rd-base call.

I had to ask the third base ump if he mised third...Jared would be proud. I think my quote was, "Are you sure, he has a bad habit of missing third."

lol, there is no way he was going to miss 3rd. I believe this time he stepped on both the cone and base just to make sure. Heck of a game.

Stepped on the cone? Pretty sure that's illegal.

Game's a tie in the books.

LOL, I have to take Tiger's bait.

Calling this tourney JV and disrespecting Los Brew Crews win is embarrassing for you, not embarrassing that Sofa lost.

After last years BOTW many of your beloved east coast players came home with a lot of respect for LBC, as well as Sofa.

LBC then went on to Founders Cup and took OSC to extras in elimination where they barely escaped and went on to destroy the remaining field. Their captain was quoted as saying LBC was the best team they faced all day.

They put it together yesterday and had a solid win over another solid team. It was a great final with some odd calls, some errors and tons of excitement as any final should be.

Come on guys, you can't expect a guy that goes 1 for 11 in a tournament to know anything about kickball.

If LBC was coming I'd have them in the final four over Flying V... since they're not, I'll stick with the 4 i posted... prove me wrong

Yes. Whiskey Richard, Sofa King and Los Brew Crew collectively couldn't slow down the powerhouse that is CTiger. You are probably correct. Some forces are just too powerful.

Trey- we suck, come to grips with it man.

I dropped a fly ball kicked by a man with the coolest name know to man, Barrington Giles Kirven, there is no shame in that.

You also were thrown into a game, with no warm-up pitches, and had to face the meat of the lineup of one of Kickball's top teams, no shame in that. Ultimately we both failed and therefore should accept ridicule and face the fact that we are not elite. :auto-rally:

I think you guys are selling Relax short, they are in their home town and defending champs. They will also destroy you at the bar/dance-floor before and after the tournament if need be.

I will be wearing ALL Blue at LSKO.

Ctiger is a joke on these message boards. Calling this tournament JV when he would not even start on my squad of the other top teams from the BOTW. So if this was a JV tournament does that make you a decent option on a middle school team? This was an awesome tournament and thanks to all those that assisted me in destroying seven bottles of liquor at the fields. Gotta love red solo cups

Let me know when a West coast team makes it past the elite 8 at a non west coast tournament and then maybe i won't call it a JV tournament...

The JV comment is more to mess with Typod then anything, but until a west coast team goes deep against east coast teams that's how most view it...

Hopefully this is the tournament where that happens, whether it be Sofa, Whiskey Richard, or Relax, I think at least one has the ability to make the Final Four or further. It's hard to compare the talent gap (which I do believe exists) because of the distance that non-EC teams have to travel to get to the EC tournaments. There aren't many, if any teams EC or WC that can get their entire team to travel across the country multiple times a year so often in my opinion they are unfairly judged. Just look at the MEATBALLS at this tournament last year, they brought plenty of talent (the exact same infield defense as the team that won SFKO), they just didn't have the depth that they are normally used to. I'm not saying any of the 3 teams mentioned above are the top tier of the Circuit, but they are definitely worthy of being talked about as good teams (apparently so is LBC). This tournament will be a great measure because both coasts have to travel about the same distance, it's really not close for anyone, other than us of course

Have you seen any west coast availables teams win on the east coast? Have you even seen any east coast availables teams win on the east coast? No! But an east coast availables team won a JV event last year..

Tiger, stop referring to 3HA like they are the same as all the other shitty availables teams out there housing beers all day and bragging about their BAC in stupid outfits.

From what I recall the final games starting charger, catcher, first base, left and right fielders were all starting in the circuit cup final in Vegas. Pretty sure I saw the starting pitcher throwing on your team (before you were cut) in the semis.

Show me another availables team who's key positions were anywhere near the caliber of 3HA and then make that ridiculous comparison of apples to oranges.

If we didn't not compensate accordingly at the bar, I will be sure to take care of you next time. It was very nice of you to share your toys (booze) with us. I was drunk by the time I left the fields.

Some of the best pics/video come during those fuzzy hours. If I have one of those nights...first thing I do the next morning is look to see what I captured on the phone.

I will be wearing ALL Blue at LSKO.

WR vs. Relax for the after party show down in Austin....I doubt the Relax girls out-dance the WR guys. We had proof this weekend. Just ask Sarah, Alex, and Valerie. OWNED!

I have a 3 minute video of some of the dancing. It might make people sick to watch considering I was blacked out when I recorded it.

Oh no..... Lol

So if this was a JV tournament does that make you a decent option on a middle school team? This was an awesome tournament and thanks to all those that assisted me in destroying seven bottles of liquor at the fields. Gotta love red solo cups

If we didn't not compensate accordingly at the bar, I will be sure to take care of you next time. It was very nice of you to share your toys (booze) with us. I was drunk by the time I left the fields.

Dude I recall a few people returning the favor with a few shots at the bar but I was pretty damn lit up by that point anyway so no worries.
Yeah I was playing kickball before it was cool.

haha. i will say that the guy that won the game for LBC with a 3-run HR/grand slam plays on sofa's circuit team. he kicked a bomb off me in vegas for them during the infamous missed-3rd-base call.

I meant to ask this the other day, but if he plays on sofas circuit team why was he playing on lbc? Did he use to play on sofa and switched or does he plan to play future tournaments with sofa?

Theres a lot of crossover between different teams and players.

For example on Saturday 4 members of Sofas roster are actually players on Los Brew Crew in league play, as well as a member of Dragon army. 6 members of Los Brew Crews roster play on AKT my monday WAKA team, against Sofa. Members of Sofas roster alos play on The Business who was playing on saturday as well. Then everyone plays other nights on other teams and this giant web of teammates is formed.

When it comes to tournament squads people are all over the place.
