Now with that said if I was Ctiger I would refrain from calling other people/tournaments out until I have had that opportunity to "redeem" if you will from the SFKO tournament. Just sayin...

Tiger's most recent tournament was only his most recent shitty performance. He isn't new to the circuit and he constantly critiques every other players performance.

1- Last year in SFKO I only played outfield.. In VBKO, my first tournament ever playing charger, we reached the finals and I didn't have one play I didn't make that coulda been made. I also batted over.650 in a kicking spot in the lineup. At GKO I had a good pool play and then found out at lunch that my best friend passed away that morning so I don't even remember single elims.. In DC I played charger almost every inning of pool play and again did not have one play that I didn't make. This includes throwing DJ out from the line against Deja Vu (thanks to John Simon not having balls and doing a split at first). In NYC I may have gotten out once all day.. and in vegas I had the second highest batting average on the team going into the last game. Yes I made 2 bad plays in the field, but still contributed to getting us where we were.

2- The only person I critique is you cause I still think you suck. You are the best self promoter I've ever seen cause somehow people think you are actually good. I have never actually seen you throw someone out at first from the catcher position unless it was a girl and you basically ran the ball to first. In NY when I played with the meatballs you had 3 errors, and two more that would have been errors had you not hit Jimmy in the back both times a few steps from first base. In DC last season you were down 1 had first and second with 0 outs and you tried a heel kick to enduce encroachment and lost the game for your team. At SFKO this year you came in to pitch and recorded 0 outs and gave up the game winning run.. The only other people I critique are west coast teams to stir shit up and provide entertainment on the boards

I did not play one inning at charger in this game, and I was 1-1 at the plate painting the line on a bunt against your number 1 pitcher.. Thanks for the input though trey jr

We are all wrong, you are right. You're great, we suck. You quit two top teams because you were the best player on both teams. You didn't get cut for losing multiple games for both squads. ;-)

Not everyone, just you.. And I never got cut from a team.. If Casey was still on here he would tell you I never got cut, and if Brick feels like being honest he'll tell you I didn't get cut, or if anyone would like to see the text message where I said I was going to leave and play with a team from down here I can show you in Austin.. Keep making things up though Trey, it's what you're good at.

P.S. You all notice that when there are facts about Trey like my last post he has no defense. He just changes the subject

I wasn't at SFKO, so I can't comment, but the only time I have ever played against tiger was with Poison IV in NYC. I was 3/3 against Fully Loaded and the only play I remember was being on 2nd base and watching tiger catch a ball in CF and tagging 2nd to home for the score. Fully Loaded def won the game though.

I was 2-2 in that game and did not play charger... and thanks for bringing up my worst outfield memory since I joined kickball

That game was gross. It was at the end of the "Pool of Death that Isn't Really Death Because Everyone Is Making It to Elims." If I remember correctly, Troy from OSC played OF in that game for us, which is the first (and last) time I have ever seen him play there. No pool play games from that day are of any note.

Corrected.

Tiger is referring to himself.

Actually since you want to be a douche, I am not referring to myself.. I won't leave the team I'm on now cause my captain actually knows what he's doing and will use his players the correct way instead of worrying about keeping just 2 people happy.. but thanks

I'm not sure which (2) people :character-hobbes: is referring too but the underlying issue isn't that I "catered" to (2) people it's the fact that I didn't cater to (3). I assume :character-hobbes: felt let out that I was showing Dan and Troy some love and organizing the team around them. Umm... DUH! They're the two best athletes on the gawd damn field. If :character-hobbes: think's playing each of them every meaningful inning is catering to them then :character-hobbes:is a fucking moron. Even Sedlack is smart enough to play Dan over :character-hobbes: at 3rd.

Would you classify your leaving Flying V as amicable?

I would classify it as.. I left Fully Loaded cause I didn't think we would win a tournament... I left Flying V cause I KNOW they won't win a tournament.. Leaving Fully Loaded had nothing to do with my captain... Leaving Flying V had a lot to do with the captain.. all these little jabs about 1 for 11 and other little jokes that are made aren't even a big deal, it's what happens on the field and what was discussed before the tournament vs what actually happened once on the field..

I've been silent for to long regarding this issue. :character-hobbes: asked me to keep it quiet on the boards after :character-hobbes: 's separation from our team and I did, 1.) To help you save face. 2.) Because I'm not one to usually air out dirty laundry. and 3.) Because I felt bad for you. For :character-hobbes:to come on here and say leaving our team was b/c of me is a bold face lie. :character-hobbes: 's stay on our team was 2 weeks longer than anyone else wanted, and that partially includes myself. If it were up to a team vote :character-hobbes: would have been gone during the lunch break. I went to bat for :character-hobbes: and convinced the team to give him another shot, and if a similar performance/team experience happened there then :character-hobbes: would be out, no questions asked. Looks like that was a mistake on my part. I should have cut :character-hobbes: when I had the chance and come on here all high and mighty looking like the big man, instead :character-hobbes: decided to take that luxury- even after :character-hobbes:asked me to keep quiet.

(Continuation: Only 10 smilies are allowed per post.)

:character-hobbes:'s performance that day was abysmal. 1-11 has been thrown around a lot... but what makes that figure even worse is the team :character-hobbes: got his 1 hit against was the Beachslappers. Most will say that hit doesn't even count and :character-hobbes: went 0-10. Even with that 1 hit :character-hobbes: was out kicked by each one of our girls, including one that :character-hobbes: brought to the team as a social player. :character-hobbes: keep's bringing up the fact that I dropped a ball in the outfield against LIU. YES- I did. But I also nutted all over Trey's butterball and won that same game, with the help of my team mates.

I really don't see how :character-hobbes: is going to prove to all of us that SFKO was a fluke. He'll be buried so far down the depth chart (if they bring anywhere near a full team) that I expect Jon Simon to sub :character-hobbes: out each time he's up to bat... better prove a lot in those 1st 2.5 innings of play, b/c the rest of :character-hobbes:'s day will be spent holding a clipboard.

If things are going :character-hobbes:'s way then all is well... but as soon as we turn on some music and dance around a little bit he freaked out. I will not apologize for the fact that we'll never take this as seriously as the MEATBALLS. I won't apologize that Troy rather shotgun a beer than warm up pitching. And I definitely will not apologize for not practicing before hand. This is who we are, and not many people can accept that- and that's fine. We were obviously too much fun for a stiff like you.

Fair enough. How did coaching affect your offensive performance at least?

It didn't at all.. I have said it was the worst offensive tournament i've had... but i will also say when i'm more involved on defense it keeps me more in the game which in turn will help my offense... i'll prove that in Austin

Strictly using the logic that Team A (JKID) is better than Team B (Flying V), how do you plan to be more involved on defense? Doesn't JKID have 25+ players? Again none of this is a jab at you my :character-hobbes: friend (cause I honestly have no idea how good you are) but the odds would point to you playing less on the better team so I'm just curious if you just meant for Austin or overall?

Hm ... interesting dirty laundry distraction to the Circuit reg hypos, which have been increasing in number this year.

I think the important thing to remember with players looking to transfers is understanding the intentions of both the old team and the new team to register for the Circuit, and when. Being on the same page is a good general rule of thumb ... but it's of huge help to determining what specifically could trigger the one-transfer rule.

If you have a specific situation on which you want a ruling, e-mail us. I try to keep up with thread, to monitor its temperature, and to see what we need to discuss with the next revision. But if you are asking about player X, then e-mail >>> message board.

We want people to grow franchises ... we still want people to attend as many events as possible -- these two things can be at odds sometimes, and I doubt we will get the balance exactly 100% right. But we will still listen ... and we will still host these discussions at the Summit and on public comment threads.

I also think that we could, in the future, moot these timing questions simply by increasing the number of transfers and counting retroactive and prospective transfers the same (no loopholes at all).

What happens if a player gets cut from his 2nd Circuit team after using his one transfer. Is that person relegated to availables teams for the rest of the year and not allowed to play at NO? Or is there an appeals process and it's handled case by case?

No appeals process. The rules don't differentiate a transfer that is required based on being cut. And it is the player's decision to move to the 2nd team.

So yes, the player can only play on availables teams for the rest of the Circuit Year. But s/he can play in New Orleans on a team that qualifies via application (wild card or league champion).

Back on the subject.

So Team XYZ is registered for the Circuit and has points from previous tourneys.

Team XYZ has about 6 players who want to be part of an availables team in an upcoming tourney.

Can they play on that team and still go back to Team XYZ for New Orleans?

They're not transferring, unless the Availables team registers. I'd assume yes 8-)

Nothing counts with the Availables team as long as they never register for Nola. So yes those players can go back to their original circuit team.
