Well, you see Pittsburgher, that's a difficult question to answer.
The Penguin suit has multiple wearers. The Penguin suit brings out special powers to the unique wearer.
Here's my answer:

Kenny - No. He'll be in Atlanta tending to a minor injury. Special Power - Unlimited energy and ability to constantly rub nipples without chaffing or bleeding.
Brad - Yes. Special Powers - Ability to stand atop rental minivan shouting "who's the muthafuckin' Penguin" in Sears parking lot without attracting the attention of a nearby Police officer while Kenny sits in passenger seat naked. AND the ability to get in and out of said minivan window while the child locks are on sliding door allowing for Chinese Fire drills.
Aaron - Yes. Special Power - At SFKO after party was approached by lady offering him a BJ. Sorry ladies. This one's engaged.

1. several years ago we set a moratorium on team names involving the words "kick" and "ball". also suggested: "pitch" and "bunt". obviously those rules have not been adhered to strictly, but i generally try to suggest names that minimize their use.

2. i've always found that one amusing myself.

most of those team names have come about over years of accumulation. the one you quoted i believe was from the period when HTKC was trying to come up with a name. if you don't know who HTKC is, you should look them up. probably before your time, but a part of our history worth knowing.

someone should write out "the saga of HTKC" before it's lost to the world.

That's a solid group. That Boston team could be really good, too. You never know with an availables team. It all just depends on who is "available." I think a Recess availables team is planning to jump in, too, but I'm not for sure.
