Eligibility Discussion Overview

The Circuit’s Overall Policies Concerning Player, Roster, and Team Eligibility are as follows:
* To encourage development of true “franchises” and ensure rewarding of true best team of players at end of National Tour Year.
* To allow enough flexibility for players to meaningfully attend any tournaments if they want to.
* To account for variability over the Circuit’s National Tour year in player availability and team formation/dissolution.
