HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register for The Circuit a Franchise Owner must register through the Official Registration System - which can be found here.

TEAM REGISTRATION

Annual Registration Details are included below:

▪ Registration into The Circuit and entry into the Circuit Cup Championship, provided the team has attended at least one (1) Circuit Event;
▪ Teams will receive Circuit T-Shirts for each player on their rosters (a max of 20 shirts will be provided to the Franchise Owner);
▪ Franchise Owners are solely responsible for paying the registration fee to The Circuit immediately upon registering – a Franchise Owner must purchase either the Rookie or Pro Package;
▪ Once registered, a Circuit Team’s status is valid between until December 31, 2011. All Teams will need to re-register the following year;
▪ Teams that wish to qualify for points earned at a Circuit Event or for the Circuit Cup Championship must pay the Team Registration fee no later than 30 days after competing in their first Circuit Event;
▪ The deadline to register for The Circuit & the Circuit Cup is September 13, 2011;
▪ The Team Registration System is available at http://register.kickball365.com.

WHAT REGISTRATION OPTIONS ARE THERE?

All Franchise Owners must select Team Registration Package to officially register for The Circuit.

IS THERE A COST TO REGISTER?

Yes, there is an annual fee the Franchise Owner must pay when registering his/her team for The Circuit. The registration fee is what allows the Circuit to award an annual cash prize pool at the end of the National Tour.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

At the time of registration the Franchise Owner is required to pay a fee when registering for The Circuit. A Franchise Owner has thirty (30) days grace period before he/she must pay the full registration fee before their team is removed from the National Tour Standings. Individual players have no additional cost to pay.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A TEAM REGISTERS?

All Franchise Owners who register will receive an email confirmation confirming their purchase. Additionally, after registering all Franchise Owners will receive a Welcome Letter from the Commissioner with additional information regarding their purchases into The Circuit.

DOES MY TEAM GET A T-SHIRT WITH REGISTRATION?

Yes, all Circuit Teams who register will be provided with t-shirts for each player up to a maximum of twenty (20) players. Franchise Owners are allowed to select what color they would prefer after registering as a Circuit Team. If you need additional t-shirts for your team please contact the Commissioner.
