Peach Cup is a two day Co-Ed and Women's Circuit Event, open to kickball teams from all over the world. The Peach Cup is a Major event, which qualifies Established teams for the Circuit Cup Championship April 22-23.

Registration

All Captains, Players, and Non-Playing Coaches are required to register prior to the posted registration deadlines (at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST). We do not accept offline payments of any kind and cannot manually add anyone to your team if they failed to register on time. You must be at least 21 years old (as of the posted event date) to participate (includes tournament and the social events). You must be in good health, have adequate health insurance, and be physically prepared to compete.

PRICING & DEADLINES

All Circuit Event registrations must submit payments through the official registration systems. No offline payments will be accepted. This includes:

Early Registration ($65) - Ends February 4, 2023 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST

Regular Fee ($75) - Ends February 18. 2023 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST

Late Fee ($95) - Intended for Emergency Players Only. Ends February 25, 2023 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST (no players may be added after this date)

Registration Blackout - No registrations permitted the week before a Circuit Event.

Established Teams

Established teams qualify for CCC by playing in at least one Major. All players wanting to participate in CCC must qualify with their Established team during the 2022-2023 season. There are no legacy exceptions.

Established teams qualify for CCC by playing in at least one Major. Peach Cup is the fourth of four Majors of the regular season.
A captain may declare an Established Team by registering for a Major event.

Any additional player who registers with the Established Team at any Major becomes part of that Established Team roster. An Established team may carry no more than 20 players to a single Major and no more than 24 total over the course of a season. Any players over this amount force a player to be dropped. Once you register and play for an Established team, that is your team.

Anyone who meets the above criteria and who registers and plays as part of an Established Team at a 2022 Major is eligible to compete with that team at CCC. CCC rosters are also capped at 20 total players. There are no 'legacy' players for CCC this year, so all players must compete in a MAJOR tournament with their Established team.

*A Non-Playing Coach does not count as part of the Established Team.

Availables Teams

An Availables Team is any team competing at a Major Event that does not qualify as an Established Team. An Availables Team may not have more than 15 players on its roster.*

An Availables Team may not have more than four (4) players from a single Established Team.

*An Availables Team may add any number of Rookies to its roster for a Circuit Event.

A Rookie is any player who has competed in fewer than two (2) Circuit events in the division. Any number of rookies may be added to an Open roster. A division is considered either Co-ed or Women's. As an example, playing in three women's events but zero co-ed events would make that player a rookie in the co-ed division but not in the women's division.

Non-Playing Coaches

Each team is allowed, but not required, to have a maximum of two (2) Non-Playing Coaches. Non-Playing Coaches can received a $40 OFF DISCOUNTED ENTRY by using the code NONPLAYINGCOACH365 at the time of registration before the same player registration deadlines.

Prize Pool

Kickball365 will award prizes approximately two (2) weeks after the completion of this Circuit Event. The total amount will be based on the final number of teams participating.

Refunds

If you are no longer able to attend the event, please submit an email to [email protected]. Submission before the late registration deadline will receive a 100% site credit that can be used at any future registrations. No credits will be granted after the final registration date under any circumstances. Kickball365 does not provide monetary refunds.
